ORDER STATUS

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number, the details of your purchase and other key information.

Our team will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to the shipping co, which will ship it to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

You may check the status of your order at any time using your tracking number.

Please, note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for up to 96 hours. 

DELIVERY TIMES

At the moment, we do only offer Standard International Delivery.

Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times shown below are estimated; actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and might be delayed by local customs.

Oman 1 -2 working days

GCC Countries 5-7 working days (subject to customs)

Oman – 3 OMR and all GCC countries its 5 OMR
